Your hosts, Mariane Furois and Dominic Labonté, bid you a most cordial welcome. It is with great pride that we take back the reins of the l’Étrier restaurant (the stirrup). In this country setting, we are going to feed our passion along with you.

Through its hardy breakfasts, its tasty lunches and grand dinners, the freshness and taste of Dominic’s cooking will bring you enjoyment and good food. As for drinks, Mariane will be delighted to fetch just the right wines to match your meals.

Since we want to contribute to a healthy environment, and consequently healthy people, we do our best to select foods produced with respect. That is why we are happy to provide the delicious, and biologically-produced wine from les Pervenches vineyards, the famous pork from le P’tit Cochon Rond and the fabulous Guinea fowl from La Sabinoise farm, served with delicious organic bread from the artisanal bakery. Passionate and reasonable producers.

L'Étrier aims to be a place for all: young, not-so-young, big eaters, nature lovers, newlyweds and lovers of good wines and of relaxed atmospheres… In short, a good place to spend quality time with good friends.

Every occasion, big or small, is a good reason to meet with colleagues or friends.
